We deploy our miniatures worldwide directly from our studio in Sydney, Australia. Because all models are made to order and undergo strict quality control, please allow up to 14 business days for production before your order is handed off to the courier. Once shipped, exact transit times and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your global location.

For our customers in the United States, your order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)—we handle the import fees on our end so there are no surprises at the door.

For all other international destinations, orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means your local government may assess import duties, handling fees, or taxes when the package crosses your border. You are responsible for paying any of these local customs fees upon delivery.

We believe a great paint job starts with a flawless print, and precision takes time. Operating strictly on a made-to-order basis allows us to maintain uncompromising quality control. It ensures we have the necessary time to utilize our premium 16K ABS-like resin blend, and meticulously wash, fully UV-cure, and safely remove supports by hand so your models arrive truly tabletop-ready. We refuse to rush the forge.

Unlike standard, brittle resins used by many competitors that can easily shatter from a simple drop, our specific blend is formulated for true tabletop durability. This guarantees you get the absolute crispest details with minimal layer lines, while remaining tough enough to survive the rigors of actual gameplay, transport, and painting.
