Shipping policy
Please read our shipping policy below regarding production times, shipping methods, and expected delivery windows.
1. Production & Processing Time (Made-to-Order)
As all of our products are made-to-order, a production time is required before your item can be packaged and dispatched. Please allow 14 working days for your order to be fully 3D printed, cleaned, cured, and processed for shipping. This production time is in addition to the estimated delivery times listed below.
2. Shipping Methods & Tracking
All orders, both domestic and international, are shipped via standard postal service and include tracking as standard. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order leaves our facility. This allows you to monitor your package's journey.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Please note that these delivery estimates begin after the 14 working day production time is complete. Delivery times may vary slightly due to peak season volume, public holidays, or unforeseen postal delays.

4. Important Notes for International Customers
- Customs/Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping costs and are determined by the destination country's government.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is fully accurate and complete at the time of checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
