We deploy our miniatures worldwide directly from our studio in Sydney, Australia. Because all models are made to order and undergo strict quality control, please allow up to 14 business days for production before your order is handed off to the courier. Once shipped, exact transit times and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your global location.

For our customers in the United States, your order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)—we handle the import fees on our end so there are no surprises at the door.

For all other international destinations, orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means your local government may assess import duties, handling fees, or taxes when the package crosses your border. You are responsible for paying any of these local customs fees upon delivery.
